TeachOakland Citywide Teacher Survey

In spring, 2016, our TeachOakland Advisory Group launched the first ever Citywide Teacher Survey. We heard from over 500 teachers and learned a lot about their experiences. In response, we awarded $125,000 in grants to teachers to address teacher retention in their schools. We’re now in year two and are asking every Oakland teacher to to take 5 minutes to complete this year’s survey as we gear up for another round of grant applications launching in March 2017.
